These Terms govern your use of the DLNACaster app (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. In-app purchase

“DLNACaster Pro” is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited multi-screen layouts. It is not a subscription and does not renew. A limited free trial of the multi-screen feature may be offered before purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Standard EULA and the App Store terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only to cast and view content that you own or are otherwise authorized to access, and only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you choose to cast. The App does not host, provide, or supply any media content.

4. Third-party content and devices

DLNACaster receives media from third-party apps, devices, and networks that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or behavior of that content or those devices.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or casting source.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
